Your invited to the next Women’s Link, in support of National Violence Prevention Month we bring you a;
"Self Defense Seminar" By attending this Women's Link your will learn:- How to protect yourself in any situation with easy, memorable steps
- How to distinguish a dangerous situation and learn how to escape it
- How to protect the ones you love
“While this will be an instructional class, regular business attire is fine. All attendees will be asked to remove shoes while they are on the mats for the demonstrations”

8:00-9:00 an hour long seminar
Personal Best Karate is designed to make you strong--body and mind--while having fun, and learning the philosophy of our Martial Arts style. Our classes will show immediate improvement in your wellness, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and self-control. We offer karate and kickboxing classes to motivate and inspire you for better health.
The Women's Link brings women together to Enrich, Educate and Inspire.
